Thomas M. Lee has been active in the development and construction industry for over twenty-five years. He worked with several successful local construction companies before co-founding Madison in 1998. A long time Seattle resident, Mr. Lee and his family have been building and developing in the area since 1950. In the past fifteen years alone, he has developed a mix of properties totaling over four million square feet.

Tom specializes in construction management, city planning, development and permitting. He heads up the operations side of Madison’s projects, and his responsibilities include project planning and design, entitlements, budgeting and scheduling construction. His strong construction background augments Madison’s ability to provide smart, thoughtful design and keep projects on track and within budget.
