Jim Gallaugher has been active in commercial real estate for over twenty years, most of them right here in the Northwest. He has put in time in leasing offices, supervised marketing campaigns, worked as an industrial real estate broker and was a partner in a property investment firm before co-founding Madison in 1998. He has worked on every type of commercial real estate project, from warehouses to high-end historical rehabilitation in Seattle’s Pioneer Square. In the past sixteen years Mr. Gallaugher has developed and redeveloped over five million square feet of commercial property.

Jim specializes in land acquisition, financing and leasing. He is intimately involved in the marketing, financial analysis, purchase and sale of MDG projects. His diverse background has helped Madison develop and retain some of the region ’s highest quality commercial properties with an eye towards long term investment and strong growth.
